Postal Pizzas is a food truck that operates in Saskatoon Saskatchewan during the months of May-October. Postal Pizzas is perfect for entertaining events of any kind and size. We cater for groups as small as 20 and as large as 500. The centerpiece of Postal Pizzas is our 1974 Dodge B300 postal truck that was restored and converted into a mobile Pizzeria . This specialized vehicle enables us to bring true Neapolitan pizza that can be cooked right in front of your guests at your next event.

THE PIZZA
The Pizza
Our pizzas are fire roasted in our portable Gozney pizza ovens burning at temperatures as high as 900 degrees. They cook for 60-90 seconds and are served immediately so you can rest assured that your guests are getting the very best Neapolitan style pizza!
Ingredients
Flour, water, sea salt and fresh yeast are the only ingredients in our dough. We use the best San Marzano tomatoes from Italy and hand stretch every pizza. Postal Pizzas prides themselves on using locally sourced and sustainably harvested ingredients whenever possible.
Neapolitan Pizza
Our Pizza is a carefully crafted artisan product. With over 48hrs fermentation in every pizza our quality and consistency is noticeable when you take your first bite. From the crunchy, lightly-charred exterior, to the soft pillowy center, we stand behind our crust to be a canvas for flavor and seasonal expression.

HOW MUCH PIZZA DO I ORDER?
You can order a specific amount for your event or we establish how many guests will be at your event, and we will make sure the pizza buffet is fully stocked from start to finish
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Postal Pizzas can operate in light to moderate rain
I HAVE SOME GUESTS WITH FOOD ALLERGIES?
With advance notice we will accommodate any food allergy except severe celiac allergies.
HOW MUCH TIME DO WE NEED TO SET UP?
Postal Pizzas can be set up and ready to put out pizza within 45 minutes of arrival.*
